The decedent’s adminis-tratrix appeals from summary judgment rulings which denied the estate’s claim to his life insurance proceeds and granted them to the decedent’s son. Genuine issues of material fact preclude summary judgment dispositions, so we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
Undisputed facts establish the history of this litigation. On October 9, 1979, Carlos Huff, Sr., died from multiple stab wounds.
