ORDER ON MOTION TO SUPPRESS OF DEFENDANTS JACOBS AND BRUTICO
DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.
Defendants Jacobs and Brutico have moved this court to enter an order suppressing certain evidence pursuant to Rule 41 and Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, on the ground that said evidence was the poisoned fruit of at least two illegal searches.
