In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Martin, J.), entered March 7, 2001, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and *448granted the plaintiffs’ cross motion to direct it to produce a witness for an examination before trial.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, the cross motion is denied, and the complaint is dismissed.
