There are two appeals in this case, one by the defendant from a judgment against it on a bond of indemnity to■ make good and reimburse to tbe employer, the Roseville Trust Company, all pecuniary loss by or through tbe personal dishonesty, amounting to larceny or embezzlement, of Raymond E. Smith, as secretary and treasurer of tbe trust company, occurring between December 1st, 1908, and December 1st. 1909, which might be discovered during that time, or within six months thereafter.
