In her complaint in this action plaintiff alleged that she suffered injuries in a collision between an automobile, In which, she was a passenger, and a truck driven by defendant’s employee, that her injuries were proximately caused by the negligence of defendant’s employee and she demanded judgment for damages, in the total sum of $5,823.56. In its answer the defendant denied that its employee had been negligent and alleged that plaintiff’s injuries, if any, were caused “by her own negligence and the negligence of third parties, and that her own negligence contributed proximately thereto.”…
