MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Mountbatten Surety Company (“Mountbatten”) and Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland (“Fidelity”) to vacate an amended agreed order entered by the Court on May 13, 2002 (the “Amended Agreed Order”), and for the imposition of attorney’s fees and sanctions pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 152(4). Several responses in opposition to the motion have been filed.
