This is an appeal from the district court of Tulsa county from a ruling of the trial court in an action for damages for personal injuries, originally brought by Margaret Braune against the Downtown Chevrolet Company, a corporation, and Alvin Bailey. Por convenience the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
