ERROR TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA. This was a petition originally filed in the Civil District’ Court for the parish of Orleans by the Grand Lodge of the F. & A. Masons of the State of Louisiana, to enjoin the city of New Orleans from proceeding to sell, for the taxes of 1888, 1889 and 1890, certain property owned by the petitioner, and claimed to be exempt from taxation.
