Appeal by the .plaintiff, the National Bank of Port Jervis, from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor, of the defendants, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Orange on the 14th day of March, 1899, upon the decision of the court, rendered after a trial at the Orange Special Term, dismissing the complaint . upon the merits.

This action was brought for the purpose of setting aside a deed to certain real estate, and to permit the plaintiff to enforce a judgment against the property, it being alleged that the transfer of the real estate from Mary Bonnell to her daughter, Florence M. Bonnell, was fraudulent, and that it was made for the purpose of delaying and defeating the payment of the judgment held by the plaintiff against the defendant Mary Bonnell.
