¶ 1 David J. Aiello appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cameron/Elk County, Orphans’ Court Division dated December 31, 2008, 1 sustain ing in part and overruling in part the amended objections 2 of Maria A. Aiello 3 to the First and Final Account of David J. Aiello, Executor of the Will of Donald J. Aiello, Deceased. We affirm.
