FACTS

On June 12, 1986, the defendants, Kenneth Rohlman (Rohlman) and Carol Rohlman, his former wife, n.k.a. Carol Young (Young), executed a mortgage note (note) to pay to the order of the First Savings Bank, F.A., the principal sum of $170,000 and interest. To secure the note, they executed a deed (deed), mortgaging a parcel of land, known as 1285 Boston Post Road (property), situated in the town of Madison (town), Connecticut, to the First Savings Bank.…
