■This appeal arises from Judge Martin’s issuance of an injunction against arbitration of a dispute between National Gypsum Company and NGC Settlement Trust (collectively “NGC”) on the one hand, and U.S. Fire Insurance Company (“U.S. Fire”) and International Insurance Company (“International”) on the other. NGC appeals from that injunction and the denial of a cross-motion for an order pursuant to Section 4 of the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. § 4, compelling arbitration.
