Caswell and others, as plaintiffs, against Magnolia Petroleum Company and others, as defendants, in the nature of trespass to try title, involving a strip of land 60 feet wide and about 4,000 feet long, situated between two tracts of land on the David Brown" survey in Jefferson county, Tex., awarded to John C. Craig and Anna E. Cas-well in the final judgment rendered by agreement in cause No. 895, Amanda Cartwright v. Anna E. Caswell et al., on the docket of the district court of said county.
