The controversy in this case relates to the equal .undivided one-fourth part of the fourteen and seventy-three hundredths acres, which the testator purchased of Lippencott. It is conceded that the premises in question passed under the residuary devise, if they were not specifically devised to 'Thomas by the first paragraph of the fourth subdivision of the will; and that, if the fourteen and seventy-three hundredths .acres passed under the residuary devise to the testator’s four children, the deed from Samuel conveyed the one-fourth part…
