MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the court on the plaintiffs’, Pfizer Inc. and Pfizer Limited (collectively “Pfizer”), Motion for Attorney Fees Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285 (“Motion”). On August 12, 2011, this court entered its Opinion and Final Order (“Opinion”), which, in pertinent part, denied the defendant’s, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc.
