WOOD (W. J.), J.

Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for injuries which he suffered when the motorcycle on which he was riding collided with an automobile driven by defendant. A jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant and thereafter the trial court granted a motion for a new trial. Defendant has appealed from the order granting the new trial.

In granting a new trial the court based its order upon all the grounds stated in the notice of intention to move for a new trial “and especially and particularly upon the grounds that the verdict of the jury is against the law and that…
