On January 4,1980, the debtor Silver Mill Frozen Foods, Inc. filed for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq. An amended plan of reorganization was confirmed on July 2, 1980. Under that plan, unsecured creditors were to receive 52% of their claims: 25% when the plan became effective, and 27% on December 15, 1980.
