ROBERTSON, Judge.
The Indiana Civil Rights Commission and Rogelee Thomas bring this appeal challenging a determination by the trial court that the Commission's order against the Indiana Department on Aging and Community Services (IDACS) was arbitrary and capricious, an abuse of discretion and based upon insufficient evidence.
We affirm.
