Appeal from a judgment of the Niagara County Court (Peter B. Broderick, Sr., J.), rendered October 14, 2004. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of rape in the first degree (two counts), unlawful imprisonment in the second degree (two counts) and sexual abuse in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
