This original proceeding was brought at the relation of the Attorney General against Hon. Woodson Oldham, Judge of Division II of the Circuit Court of Jasper County, to prohibit the latter from further proceeding, or attempting to exercise jurisdiction over the person of relator, in a certain action or proceeding pending in that court styled “Robert E. Young, plaintiff, vs. John M.
