Frontier Town was an amusement park located in respondent/defendant Town of North Hudson, Essex County. It closed over a decade ago and much of the park — comprised of several parcels of land — was acquired by respondent/defendant County of Essex in tax foreclosure proceedings and has now fallen into disrepair.
