Frederick Lawrence Upjohn died in December of 1917. By paragraph Seventh (A) of his will, executed some eleven months before his death, he directed that the income of one half of his residuary estate be paid to his wife during her life, and then, during the life of his grandnephew, Bobert Bed-path, to the beneficiaries named in Seventh (B). By the latter provision, the testator created seventeen separate trusts — in favor of nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, and other persons — out of the remaining one half of the residue, and directed that the income of each be paid during…
