Defendant, 318 South Michigan, Inc., a corporation, appeals from a judgment in the sum of $1,560 entered on the finding of the court in an action by plaintiffs to recover a real estate broker’s commission for services rendered in procuring an option to lease certain premises in the building owned and operated by the 318 South Michigan, Inc. to the defendant McCann-Erickson, Inc.
