Appellant was convicted by a jury of aggravated possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, to-wit: phencycli-dine. The court, following the guilty verdict, assessed punishment at 12 years’ imprisonment.
On appeal the appellant, inter alia, complained in ground of error No. 3 that “The trial court erred in failing to properly instruct the jury and apply the law to the facts on the issue of ‘parties. ’ ” (Emphasis supplied.)
