Louise Williams, the widow of William Jones, deceased, opened his succession in the civil district court for the parish of Orleans and by judgment rendered November 15, 1928, caused herself to be put in possession of his entire estate, including a certain policy of insurance with the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in the sum of $500.
