This case is before the Court on the petition of David Webster for review of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners’ (“Board’s”) decision to cease processing Webster’s application for readmission to The Florida Bar. Webster requests that this Court extricate and rescue him from the web of deceit, deception, and lies that he has woven since he was first suspended from The Florida Bar in 1988.
