Cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court (Ceresia, Jr., J.), entered July 22, 1997 in Rens*789selaer County, which, inter alia, denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Defendant, as president of United Investors Realty Corporation (hereinafter UIRC), entered into separate contracts with each of the three plaintiffs for the purchase of three parcels of commercial realty in Florida.
