ORDER RE MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM DEFAULT JUDGMENT

The above-captioned matter came on for hearing on July 24, 2003 pursuant to assignment. Debtor/Plaintiff Iowa Oil Company was represented by attorney Douglas Henry.
