This action was instituted by the plaintiffs as stockholders, of defendant Citizens’ Bank, in behalf of themselves and all other, stockholders, creditors, ancL_others similarly jituated, against the defendants for an accounting, and for damages alleged to have been occasioned, by reason of negligence in the management of the bank, by its directors and officers. It appears that the bank was organized about August 11, 1890, with a capital stock of $150,000, and the banking business commenced soon thereafter.
