The defendant, Stephanie Motykowski, appeals from a divorce decree obtained by her husband, Edwin Motykowsld. Her principal contention is that the decree, which was based on desertion, was against the manifest weight of the evidence.
The Motykowskis were married in October 1951. After living together for nearly five years the plaintiff sued for divorce and the defendant counter-claimed for separate maintenance.
