The plaintiff has appealed from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas dismissing its appeal from the action of the defendant zoning *236board of appeals in granting a certificate of approval for the location of a gasoline service station to the defendant Edward S. Anderson under General Statutes §§ 14-321 and 14-322. On October 21, 1966, Anderson filed two applications with the zoning board of appeals of the borough of Naugatuck.
