On March 13, 1954, appellants recovered a judgment against appellee, Sam Tadros, for $17,000.00 and costs, without relief and the foreclosure of their equitable mortgage against the appel-lees on real estate in LaPorte County, Indiana, as follows:

Lot No. One (1) in Block No. one (1) in Don-nelly’s Addition to the city of Michigan City.
