The case is a taxpayer’s action. The complaint contains three causes of action stated separately. The first seeks to- enjoin the secretary of state from approving salary vouchers to a printer employed by the board of regents of the state university for operating a printing press bought by a department of the university and of a voucher for supplies bought to be used in operation of the press. The second seeks an injunction against allowing a- salary voucher to a printer employed by the college of agriculture of the university to- operate another printing press and a voucher for supplies used…
