OVERTON, Judge.

Nelson Dollar Smith (“defendant”) was convicted in the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach of two counts of distribution of cocaine, in violation of Code § 18.2-248, one count of distribution of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, in violation of Code § 18.2-255.2, and one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of Code § 18.2-256.
