2Per curiam

Appellant Brooks seeks review under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1976) of the district court’s dismissal of his petition to vacate his 1968 sentence for first degree murder and un lawful possession of a prohibited weapon. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
