The question here is whether a decree of probate of a will of decedent may be opened after two years to admit the probate of his last will and testament.

On January 31,1922, Lawrence Hetzel made a will in which he named Lawrence Fichter, Gertrude Buscha, and Anna E. Coleman as legatees and appointed Anna E. Coleman as executrix. On March 12, 1929, he executed another will, revoking any prior will, in which he named Herbert A. Smalstig sole legatee and executor.
