This is an appeal from a conviction for robbery in a trial by jury in Marion County Criminal Court, No. 1, and appellant was sentenced to ten to twenty-five years in prison.

Appellant’s first allegation is that the trial court erred in refusing to strike the testimony of George Richey concerning his identification of appellant at a pre-trial, police conducted confrontation between appellant and the witness.
