A jury convicted Randall Gene Tidlund (Defendant) of two counts of stealing by deceit, § 570.0S0.1 Defendant appeals, claiming there was not sufficient evidence to convict him on either count. We disagree. We affirm.

STANDARD OF REVIEW

In a “stealing by deceit” case, as in most criminal cases, we consider the evidence and the inferences drawn therefrom in the light most favorable to the verdicts and reject all contrary evidence and inferences. State v. Basham, 568 S.W.2d 518, 520 (Mo.banc 1978); State v. McMellen, 872 S.W.2d 508, 509 (Mo.App.1994). Our review is limited…
