This redhibition suit was filed by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jordan against their immediate vendor, Employee Transfer Corporation and Equitable Relocation Management Corporation. Employee Transfer Corporation (ETC) became Equitable Relocation Management Corporation after the sale of the house to the plaintiffs and before plaintiffs filed their suit.
