MEMORANDUM OPINION
WOLIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendants, Laysan Shipping, S.A. (“Laysan”) and Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. (“Hanjin,” collectively “Defendants”), to dismiss the amended complaint against them on the basis of a foreign forum selection clause pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c). In the alternative, Defendants move for summary judgment on the basis of time bar. This matter is decided on the written submissions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78.
