John Chambers, as the personal representative of the Estate of Jean M. Kohler Mueller, appeals from the summary final judgment determining that the corpus of the Richard W. Kohler Trust should be distributed to contingent beneficiaries named in the Trust rather than to Ms. Mueller's estate.1 The facts before the trial court were undisputed, the only issue being the proper construction of the Trust.
