OPINION

AL SCOGGINS, Justice.

Veronica Luna appeals from the trial court’s order dismissing her Petition for Bill of Review. We affirm.

Veronica Luna signed an affidavit of voluntary relinquishment of parental rights on June 10, 2010, and her rights to her four children were terminated on June 24, 2010. On May 31, 2011, Veronica filed a Petition for Bill of Review. In the Petition for Bill of Review, Veronica states that her voluntary relinquishment is void because it was obtained by fraud.
