Appellants Charles Ronald Roberson and Claudia Lenore Snyder sued respondents Evangelical Orthodox Church and several named and unnamed defendants on a plethora of intentional tort claims based primarily on respondents’ conduct in publicly revealing details of appellants’ confidential communications to members of the congregation and the public.
