Wassels, the appellant, was tried and convicted in the Marion Circuit Court on an indictment for grand larceny, and sentenced to imprisonment in the State prison for the term of two years. lie appeals to this court, and presents several questions, reserved by motion for a new trial and in arrest of judgment, for a reversal of the judgment of the Circuit Court. '
