STEINBERG, J,

The defendant, Jasmin Young, is charged with attempted criminal homicide1 (2 counts), attempted assault of a law enforcement officer2 (2 counts), aggravated assault3 (8 counts), possession of firearm with altered manufacturer’s number,4 persons not to possess, use, manufacture control, sell or transfer firearms,5 and firearms not to be carried without a license.6 The defendant, after disregarding commands to show his hands by members of the Allentown Police Department, pointed a small black revolver in the direction of Officer Alex De La Iglesia and Officer David Howells III.…
