This action was instituted praying a judgment and decree declaring Friend J. Bliss and Adelaide Bliss trustees of the proceeds of a certain life insurance policy for the use and benefit of the plaintiffs, Ida Bliss and Naomi Bliss, a minor. Ida Bliss is the surviving widow of one Ezra Ray Bliss, now deceased, and Naomi Bliss is the daughter and minor child of Ida Bliss and Ezra Ray Bliss. The appellants, Friend J.
