G.C.P. Enterprises, Inc. (G.C.P.) appeals from an order of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas which dismissed for lack of jurisdiction G.C.P.’s appeal from a decision of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (Board) finding G.C.P. in violation of the Liquor Code, Act of April 12, 1951, P.L. 90, as amended, 47 P.S. §§ 1-101-8-803.
