This matter comes before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment by Plaintiff Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual) and Defendants Pella Corporation and Pella Windows and Doors, Inc. (collectively, Pella), each filed on January 9, 2009. Both parties have filed responses and replies.
