MEMORANDUM OPINION ON OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S DISCHARGE FILED BY TRUSTEE AND BAKER HUGHES OILFIELD OPERATIONS, INC.

This Chapter 7 bankruptcy case arises from a 1997 judgment for $300,000 against the Debtor, Denver D. Gartner (Gartner), for breach of contract with Petroreal, Inc. (Petroreal). In 2000, Petroreal assigned its judgment against Gartner to Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc. (Baker Hughes).
