GAINES, Associate Justice.

This was an action of trespass to try title, brought by appellees against appellant and the Carroll Land and Cattle Company, to recover a tract of land consisting of 640 acres. The defendant the Carroll Land and Cattle Company disclaimed as to the west half of the tract, and to the other half pleaded not guilty and the statute of limitations. Upon the trial the court gave judgment in its favor for the east half and the plaintiffs have not appealed.
